No Vinny Curry today. We’ll discuss that later. This is a game the Eagles should win. Hope Chip Kelly has the guys fired up and ready to go.

Herremans got completely manhandled on that sack.

Yes, and that drive stalled because the line did not do its job

Feels like we’re about to get a spanking after a week of hype

    it’s our way.

  8. 8 GEagle said at 1:12 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Relax…some adversity isn’t the worst thing in the world. long game, we will settle down and Chargers will show their true colors..YELLOW!!! Lol
    ..
We already know their RB will break

the Brama Bull Barwin just earned his nickname boys!!!

  10. 10 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:14 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I think we are going to get a chance to see all the weaknesses with this defense that a rust and sloppy washington did not exploit in the first half of last week.

  11. 11 GEagle said at 1:14 PM on September 15th, 2013:

PUNT that Chicken!!! Oh FG..my bad

  12. 12 RichF said at 1:16 PM on September 15th, 2013:

That was a decent series by them. Not thrilled that Ryans didn’t finish that last tackle, but they didn’t get phased by the dumb penalty and big completion. They are living up to my hope of a middle of the league D, and that’s a beautiful improvement.

  13. 13 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:18 PM on September 15th, 2013:

saving grace will be that SD has one of the worst olines in the NFL. If they can continually bring pressure on Rivers, all will be fine. It will be interested to see if they can get home without blitzing. That’s my major concern; having to bring pressure with an already suspect back end

  14. 14 SteveH said at 1:15 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Meco made that play on woodhead, had good position to force him back inside.

  15. 15 SteveH said at 1:15 PM on September 15th, 2013:

So after the game, we all need to have a long talk about Nate Allen.

  16. 16 GEagle said at 1:16 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Basically…

  17. 17 Crus57 said at 1:16 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    also Todd Herremans.

  18. 18 RichF said at 1:16 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Can Vinny Curry play safety 🙂 We could wrap the two talks together.

  19. 19 GEagle said at 1:17 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Swear I was thinking the same exact thing

  20. 20 GEagle said at 1:18 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Lol when Shady me Weddle look stupid, you know you are on to something

  21. 21 Neil said at 1:20 PM on September 15th, 2013:

You can see Chip’s big play philosophy. High percentage plays can always turn into big gains.

  22. 22 GEagle said at 1:20 PM on September 15th, 2013:

COME ON MAN!!! Wtf…that was my James Casey redzone TD prediction. Are you friggin kidding me!!! COME ON CASEY!!!!!

  23. 23 RichF said at 1:23 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I wasn’t quite as convinced that it wasn’t a td on the replay, looked like he kept his wrist under the ball on the second roll even from the better angle, but it’s all good, we’re not exactly in a hole.

  24. 24 GEagle said at 1:24 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Agreed…a RB crosses the plane and it’s a TD…I’m not so Su it wasn’t a catch, but whatever….we will move up the field all day, eventually Chargrs Oline won’t allow them to keep up

  25. 25 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:21 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    thats a td

  26. 26 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:21 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    nevermind

  27. 27 TommyLawlor said at 1:22 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Should have been an easy TD. Sloppy throw by Vick.

  28. 28 SteveH said at 1:23 PM on September 15th, 2013:

still frustrating that Casey couldn’t hold onto it. 2 drives and only a field goal? WTF CHIP IS A FRAUD SEND HIM BACK TO COLLEGE.

  29. 29 SteveH said at 1:22 PM on September 15th, 2013:

damn, wanted us to finish off that drive.

  30. 30 GEagle said at 1:23 PM on September 15th, 2013:

should have given the line a chAnce to be dominant and pound the rock 4 plays in a row

  31. 31 Crus57 said at 1:24 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I wonder if Henery is thinking that this is some new sports science thing, kicking field goals twice each time.

  32. 32 Neil said at 1:25 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Reps for everybody.

  33. 33 BobSmith77 said at 1:25 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Red zone frustration. Be very curious to see where Vick ranks vs other QBs over the past 3+ years since he was the Eagles’ starter.

  34. 34 scratcherk said at 1:31 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    There goes all our safeties

  35. 35 GEagle said at 1:32 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Hopefully Chung Knocked Allen out of the game 🙂

  36. 36 Jack Waggoner said at 1:33 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    good challenge I think

  37. 37 GEagle said at 1:33 PM on September 15th, 2013:

close enough where you kind of had to….doubt we will ever be starving for timeouts, so why not

  38. 38 RichF said at 1:34 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Even if it isn’t overturned, you gain a lot for winning it, and it looks like it should be coming back. I like the call.

  39. 39 Anders said at 1:34 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Of it wasnt a TD earlier, that isnt a catch

  40. 40 scratcherk said at 1:33 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I think he didnt have full possession before knee hit ground

  41. 41 RichF said at 1:34 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Alternatively, he only had one foot in bounds (right foot came up before the catch, and never went down in bounds)

  42. 42 SteveH said at 1:33 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Defense showing what a liability it is. Cary Williams missing that tackle early in the drive was killer.

  43. 43 GEagle said at 1:34 PM on September 15th, 2013:

But Barwin stepped up and blew up that Run

  44. 44 SteveH said at 1:35 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Yeah but at this point they’re in field goal range and have burned like 5 minutes on the drive, hard for our O to wear out their D from the sidelines.

  45. 45 scratcherk said at 1:35 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    unbelievable

  46. 46 GEagle said at 1:35 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    No way that catch stands…wtf

  47. 47 RichF said at 1:36 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Crappy call.

  48. 48 GEagle said at 1:36 PM on September 15th, 2013:

That catch barely stands in college

  49. 49 GEagle said at 1:37 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Loving our CB blitzes,,,and Fluker simply can’t handle the Brama Bull…set him loose!

  50. 50 Anders said at 1:38 PM on September 15th, 2013:

problem is our safeties and cbs cant even cover for ½ sec

  51. 51 GEagle said at 1:39 PM on September 15th, 2013:

And Gates decided to show himself

  52. 52 SteveH said at 1:37 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Surprised Rivers could even get up after that shot. What a crappy start to this game, we need our D to get its ass in gear.

  53. 53 GEagle said at 1:38 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Keep touching Rivers like that and he will start to get skittish. Boykin made it count!!

  54. 54 RichF said at 1:39 PM on September 15th, 2013:

This. We win this game by getting Rivers to lose it.

  55. 55 ACViking said at 1:39 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Re: Challenges

Didn’t like the decision. It’s still a 3rd and 3 with no challenge. Chargers in FG range either way.

    Plus, it’s the first quarter.

Challenges and, more important, Time Outs are too valuable.

  56. 56 Anders said at 1:40 PM on September 15th, 2013:

it would be 3 and 10 instead

  57. 57 ACViking said at 1:40 PM on September 15th, 2013:

right. but SD’s in FG range either way

  58. 58 ACViking said at 1:40 PM on September 15th, 2013:

And 3rd and 3 is no gimme

  59. 59 GEagle said at 1:41 PM on September 15th, 2013:

You better never talk to me about Nate Allen for ATleast a week 🙂

  60. 60 Anders said at 1:45 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Do you know what a pick play is? If not, dont talk about Allen 😛

  61. 61 Andy124 said at 1:42 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    I’m with you. Bad challenge.

  62. 62 GEagle said at 1:39 PM on September 15th, 2013:

The coverage isn’t bad for missing a starting outside cb

  63. 63 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:42 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Rivers hasn’t thrown an incompletion yet…

  64. 64 GEagle said at 2:21 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Has he thrown a bad pass yet? Even with pressure?

  65. 65 SteveH said at 1:41 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Nate Allen burned again.

  66. 66 GEagle said at 1:41 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Is it, hungry like a Wolff time yet?

  67. 67 Andy124 said at 1:42 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Pretty sure he was in on a TFL the play after Allen got dinged.

  68. 68 Anders said at 1:43 PM on September 15th, 2013:

It was a pick play by the Chargers, never gets called, but simply 1 WR blocks the safety by running his route into him

  69. 69 GermanEagle said at 1:42 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    can we bench Allen please!

  70. 70 Iskar36 said at 1:42 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Defense is looking real sloppy so far. Nate has not had a good game.

  71. 71 Crus57 said at 1:43 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Let’s not forget that league average defense would be a vast improvement for us over last year.

  72. 72 xeynon said at 1:44 PM on September 15th, 2013:

We’re unlikely to have that. This is a bad defense. Let’s hope it’s not horrible.

  73. 73 SteveH said at 1:46 PM on September 15th, 2013:

ahh goddamnit vick, leading jackson out of bounds. That was a TD.

  74. 74 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:46 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Wow, wasted TD opportunity there

  75. 75 scratcherk said at 1:46 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Lot of points left on the field here

  76. 76 Iskar36 said at 1:46 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Tough play there for DeSean, but u think he could have shown a bit more field awareness and tried to get his feet down better on that ball.

  77. 77 xeynon said at 1:48 PM on September 15th, 2013:

It was a bad throw – should have been thrown to the inside rather than fading toward the sideline. No wide receiver makes that catch where that ball was thrown.

  78. 78 Iskar36 said at 1:50 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Absolutely it was a bad throw, but I would have liked to see an attempt from DeSean to get his feet down. Didn’t seem like he knew where his feet were relative to the boundary on that throw. But you are right, the throw was definitely the bigger issue on that play.

  79. 79 Neil said at 1:50 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Yeah, not happening. The throw was far enough downfield that Desean couldn’t do the ballerina move to keep his feet in bounds. He had to keep running to catch up to it. And it was probably too far out of bounds too.

  80. 80 SteveH said at 1:46 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    damnit vick…

  81. 81 RichF said at 1:47 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    That was almost epically bad.

  82. 82 GEagle said at 1:47 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    he just got Bryce murdered

  83. 83 xeynon said at 1:47 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Typical Bad Vick.

  84. 84 SteveH said at 1:48 PM on September 15th, 2013:

what the fuck Vick, missed sure TD and then fumbles backwards. WHAT THE FUCK.

  85. 85 SteveH said at 1:48 PM on September 15th, 2013:

at least special teams are still awesome. Something to hang our hats on since the D is getting murdered and the O is sputtering.

  86. 86 GermanEagle said at 1:49 PM on September 15th, 2013:

the Eagles will lose this. Typical trap game…

  87. 87 GEagle said at 1:49 PM on September 15th, 2013:

This is a new day Brah…

  88. 88 RichF said at 1:51 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Yup. We’re playing like we’re in the bottom third, rather than the bottom five.

  89. 89 xeynon said at 1:51 PM on September 15th, 2013:

What do you mean, “trap game”? A trap team is a good team falling victim to an inferior opponent because they get caught looking ahead. I don’t think the Eagles are better than the Chargers by a significant margin, if at all.

  90. 90 Andy124 said at 1:53 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Agreed. In German’s defense, this game does fall between two other, more attention getting games, the other quality of a typical trap game.

  91. 91 xeynon said at 1:56 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Yeah… I think his estimation of the Eagles’ prospects for this season is too optimistic though.

  92. 92 GermanEagle said at 2:02 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Everyone was expecting us to blow out the Chargers. That’s a trap game my friend.

  93. 93 xeynon said at 2:08 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Everyone? It’s only a 7.5 point spread for a home game. That hardly indicates realistic people are expecting a blowout. Personally I thought that spread was way too high.

  94. 94 GEagle said at 2:13 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Eagles will cover this spread! 🙂

  95. 95 xeynon said at 2:14 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I think if we win this game it’s gonna be a 38-34 type deal. Phil Rivers looks like Peyton Manning against us.

  96. 96 GEagle said at 2:16 PM on September 15th, 2013:

That’s a rational argument…I’m not interested in Rational arguments during game time lol…Blow the doors off this B**** until proven otherwise lol

  97. 97 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:49 PM on September 15th, 2013:

clearly the problem with this fast pace offense is going to be when the defense can’t get off the field…today looks to be a good test case

  98. 98 Anders said at 1:49 PM on September 15th, 2013:

This has nothing to do with tempo, it has everything to do with penalties and a fumble.

  99. 99 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:51 PM on September 15th, 2013:

didn’t say tempo was the issue, but what it DOES do is give no time for our tired defense to rest. See the problem???

  100. 100 Anders said at 1:53 PM on September 15th, 2013:

if you go 3 and out or similar, does tempo really matter?

  101. 101 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:54 PM on September 15th, 2013:

haven’t gone 3 n out consistently. They gained over 100 yards in the first quarter. that’s actually alot.

  102. 102 Anders said at 1:55 PM on September 15th, 2013:

70 out of the 110 yards came on 1 McCoy catch

  103. 103 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:57 PM on September 15th, 2013:

and they had 3 possessions to gain the other 30 yards. That means they went at most 1 3 n out in the first quarter…

  104. 104 Anders said at 1:58 PM on September 15th, 2013:

did you miss the words “or similar” going 6 and out does not really rest the defense either.

  105. 105 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:59 PM on September 15th, 2013:

6 n out over the course of the game is a vast improvement over 3 n out, but not at this tempo of course

  106. 106 RichF said at 1:54 PM on September 15th, 2013:

it’s not the pace. It’s the failure to execute plays. If the O goes three and out, or otherwise doesn’t sustain a drive, the D won’t get to rest regardless of pace.

  107. 107 ceteris_paribus1776 said at 1:56 PM on September 15th, 2013:

guys, the difference in going 3 n out at this pace and a “normal” pace on one or two drives doesn’t matter, but over the course of the game it will. wait until the 4th quarter

  108. 108 xeynon said at 1:54 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    This defense is horrendous.

  109. 109 Anders said at 1:54 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    We knew that

  110. 110 xeynon said at 1:57 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Indeed… we are being painfully reminded however. Barwin is the one guy who looks like he’s worth a damn today.

To win this team is going to have to score early and often and make their opponents one-dimensional. Lots of pressure on Vick and co.

  111. 111 scratcherk said at 1:56 PM on September 15th, 2013:

The missed opportunities are hte most frustrating part.

  112. 112 SteveH said at 1:56 PM on September 15th, 2013:

lets see if vick can get his shit together. Bad throw to Casey in the endzone, misses wide open TD to desean, unforced fumble backwards. Get it together Vick.

  113. 113 xeynon said at 1:59 PM on September 15th, 2013:

When has Vick ever gotten his shit together, with the exception of that one six game stretch in 2010? He’s always been the guy you see today – breathtaking talent level, frequent dazzling plays, but also lots of missed opportunities and boneheaded mistakes. What you see is what you get.

  114. 114 Andy124 said at 1:58 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Was that another fumble by DJ2?

  115. 115 Anders said at 2:00 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Seems he fumbled and recoved it

  116. 116 Andy124 said at 2:00 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I know. Just wasn’t sure if he was down before the ball came out or not.

  117. 117 Weapon Y said at 1:58 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Kendricks looks very sloppy today, along with many other defensive players.

  118. 118 scratcherk said at 2:00 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    That’ll do pig… that’ll do.

  119. 119 GEagle said at 2:00 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Cooper is a beast…Don’t care what anyone says

  120. 120 xeynon said at 2:01 PM on September 15th, 2013:

How about an unnecessary roughness penalty on that play? Jackson was three yards out of bounds when that guy threw him to the ground.

  121. 121 scratcherk said at 2:01 PM on September 15th, 2013:

And there is good vick. Can we keep him and get rid of the other guy?

  122. 122 SteveH said at 2:02 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    so frustrating.

  123. 123 GEagle said at 2:02 PM on September 15th, 2013:

He ran out of bounds lol…it’s a start

  124. 124 SteveH said at 2:03 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    baby steps I know.

  125. 125 RichF said at 2:04 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Seriously, and he has nothing but his future ahead of him. Imagine how great he’ll be when he gets into his thirties.

  126. 126 Andy124 said at 2:02 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Nope. It’s a package deal.

  127. 127 RichF said at 2:01 PM on September 15th, 2013:

God this is going to be such a frustrating year. This offense is beautiful when it’s executed well. Those stupid mistakes are going to hurt so much more when you can’t put it on vick being asked to drop back 400 times a game.

  128. 128 xeynon said at 2:05 PM on September 15th, 2013:

We’re going to have to get used to watching a high variance offense. As we’ve just seen Vick can go from being the worst quarterback in the league to the best and back again from series to series, and except for Avant his receiving corps is just as mercurial as he is. It’s going to be a roller coaster ride all season long.

  129. 129 TommyLawlor said at 2:03 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Amazing how much better you feel after scoring a TD.

  130. 130 GEagle said at 2:04 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Looks like Nate was benched

  131. 131 RichF said at 2:05 PM on September 15th, 2013:

And I’ve already seen Earl actually participating on a few.

  132. 132 ACViking said at 2:04 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    RE: Eagles TD

Now ALL the pressure is on SD to hold the ball. Eagles D needs to get a quick punt.

Really considering turning off the sound with these commentors.

  141. 141 xeynon said at 2:11 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Gumbel is alright, but Dierdorf is awful. It’s really hard to duplicate his unique blend of uninformative, condescending, and obliviously unfunny.

Please tell me we’re finally getting real safeties next year. I’ve been waiting since 2008.

  154. 154 SteveH said at 2:13 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Boykin looks like our best defender through 6 quarters.

  155. 155 Anders said at 2:14 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Do we have anybody there can cover Gates? If not, it is going to be a long day for the D

  156. 156 Andy124 said at 2:15 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Like most of the rest of the league, no.

  157. 157 ACViking said at 2:15 PM on September 15th, 2013:

SD is using the game-plan the Eagles will see all season.

Run the ball. Milk the clock. Exploit the Eagles’ weak secondary.

Seems like it’ll be on the back of the Birds’ offense all year.

  158. 158 xeynon said at 2:18 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Yup. The Eagles’ offense will not be nearly as explosive when playing from behind either – too much of its success depends on a realistic threat of the run. To achieve its potential it will need a better quarterback and Maclin or another similarly dangerous #2 receiver.

  159. 159 SteveH said at 2:15 PM on September 15th, 2013:

We may have simply delayed that TD by a minute or 2.

  160. 160 SteveH said at 2:16 PM on September 15th, 2013:

  170. 170 SteveH said at 2:20 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Ryan Mathews: the San Diego Bryce Brown.

  171. 171 ACViking said at 2:26 PM on September 15th, 2013:

But Brown has no fumbles this year.

  172. 172 47_Ronin said at 2:26 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I’m really questioning this comment, very trollish.

  173. 173 xeynon said at 2:21 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Correction Dan Dierdorf: Cole gets around the blatant hold by Dunlap and forces the fumble.

  174. 174 47_Ronin said at 2:25 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I can’t stand Dierdorf, on that phantom PI on Williams he says it must’ve happened before Rivers threw the football?!?! At most that should’ve been a 5 yd illegal contact

  175. 175 J. Brian said at 2:21 PM on September 15th, 2013:

really? Dunlap has held on almost every play I’ve seen a close up on. When the hell are they going to start calling that?

  176. 176 GEagle said at 2:22 PM on September 15th, 2013:

relax…they are poised to fall apart? But you are rights,

  177. 177 J. Brian said at 2:23 PM on September 15th, 2013:

I agree I just don’t want the Zebra’s helping out.

  178. 178 GEagle said at 2:25 PM on September 15th, 2013:

True that!!! Especially at home! They blew a phantom call on Cary and aren’t calling anything on the Chargers

  179. 179 SteveH said at 2:21 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    AAGHHHH missed jackson again.

  180. 180 Iskar36 said at 2:21 PM on September 15th, 2013:

  181. 181 SteveH said at 2:22 PM on September 15th, 2013:

my god, missed Desean open deep TWICE. makes you want to pull your hair out!

  182. 182 scratcherk said at 2:24 PM on September 15th, 2013:

second one is forgivable due to pressure.

  183. 183 xeynon said at 2:24 PM on September 15th, 2013:

That one was tough – Freeney was bearing down on him and he wouldn’t have even gotten that ball off had he tried to set his feet and throw it properly. Not going to put that one on Vick.

  184. 184 SteveH said at 2:25 PM on September 15th, 2013:

forgive, dont forgive, the only thing that matters is he missed him, and we got 0 points out of what should have been a TD.

  185. 185 scratcherk said at 2:25 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Lot of missed opportunities… Always the case with eagles.

  186. 186 xeynon said at 2:26 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Let’s not get too upset about missed opportunities. The Chargers should have probably put 30 on the board by now.

  187. 187 GEagle said at 2:28 PM on September 15th, 2013:

So true,,,also some missed opportunities should be expected early in the season with all this change….If It ally is a new era, those missed opportunities will diminish as the season goes on…If its a new a we will be mentally tough and battle through these missed opportunity filled games….I have a feeling that we are more mentally tough then the chargers and that it will manifest itself in the second half….ATleast I’m hoping

  188. 188 BobSmith77 said at 2:25 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Amazing how good a job the Chargers’ O-line is doing at maintaining a pocket and ability for Rivers to step up to throw and how much push they are getting on run plays. Nobody on the Eagles’ line is holding their ground this half.

  189. 189 BobSmith77 said at 2:26 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Only down 13-10 considering how the Chargers moved the ball that half? Take it.

  190. 190 Anders said at 2:28 PM on September 15th, 2013:

you know the Eagles also had over 250 yards? Both teams moved the ball but played sloppy football

  191. 191 ACViking said at 2:27 PM on September 15th, 2013:

    Re: Bryce Brown

    Hey, T-LAW . . .

What do you make of Kelly substituting Brown on obvious 3rd down passing plays?

  192. 192 ACViking said at 2:29 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Chargers dominated . . . but kept Eagles in the game.

Eagles have 30 minutes to pull together on defense, so the offense gets more opportunities.

D-Jax cannot be covered by the Chargers’ CB over there.

He should have 10-12 receptions today, at least.

This is one time I could see feeding him relentlessly.

  193. 193 GEagle said at 2:30 PM on September 15th, 2013:

Good stuff. See you at the Crossroads lol

  194. 194 Anders said at 2:31 PM on September 15th, 2013:

The Eagles also missed several plays. Like two times with Jackson wide open

  195. 195 Anders said at 2:33 PM on September 15th, 2013:
