PHI 14, WAS 10 – 2nd Half

The Eagles ran 45 plays and went 2 for 2 in the Red Zone. Unfortunately they still had a turnover, committed dumb penalties and gave up big plays on defense.
The Skins get the ball to open the 2nd half. I think it is important to get a stop there and go score. This team is 3-11. You can emotionally deflate them if you get up by enough points. That isn’t to say they’ll quit, but they’ll definitely lose some bounce from their step. The longer the game is close, the more they stay fired up.
The Eagles have the lead. They’re healthier and have more to play for. No excuses for not going out and putting this game away.

Just the fact that we ran 45 plays points to Eagles win. To beat us, teams have to ball control 40 plus minutes, we usually get less than 50 plays in losses… For us to get off 45 plays means, we will wear them down and run away with it in the second half…. We aren’t good enough to win, when teams like seahawks force us int their slow pace game, but when we can play the way we are Bult to Play, get 45 first half snaps, you will see opponents where down and lose it in the second half, unless we are dumb enough to turn the ball over against a shitty team

My head hurts
There’s a lot of blame to go around but I mostly blame the coaching staff. The team made stupid mistakes, came up small, and lost to a 3 win team.
Lots of dumb mistakes and penalties, especially early. That doesn’t reflect well on preparation.
We’ve been doing that all season. Stupid penalties, turnovers, defense that can’t stop an X play without 22 men on the field (and all of them helping on Fletcher’s side of the field)…piss poor job all year long and it caught up to us.
In retrospect, we should’ve dressed Cooper up in a ‘Skins uniform for the Hail Mary so Sanchez would have a target.
So what happens when Dallas loses tomorrow? They have to lose again next week, and we win and we are in?? They play their Rival Redskins next week. If I was Jason Garrett or whoever the hell makes decisions in dallas.I would bench Demarco, Doug Free, and Zack Martin, vs. TY HILTONless Colts, and give my guys a chance to be healthy next week if it matters, while also not risking Zack Martin, Demarco and Free further injuring themselves. At full strength, the Cowboys can easily lose to the Colts….I’d want to be at full strength, and give. Myself the best chance possible in case the skins game matters next week. Curious to see how dallas plays this
