1st quarter, Vick has thrown it up for grabs once (DeSean made a good play to make sure the defender did not catch it cleanly in bounds), fumbled once in the redzone, once in our own territory, and got lucky he kicked someone after diving face first on what easily could have been a 3rd fumble.

Of course we’re totally dominating every phase of this game except the point scoring part.

We’ll probably wait just long enough for the Steelers to get their act together then we’ll start playing. You know, when you’re on the road, you don’t want to score too early, or take the crowd out of the game or anything. Also, it’s good if you can spot the other team 10 or 14 points, otherwise it’s just not sporting. I’ve been a Vick supporter, but I’m really starting to hate the turnovers. Not sure if I can take it much longer.

The Eagles are right back in it.

Of course, the Steelers get the ball first . . . so the defense, which has been outplayed since the start of the 2nd Q will need a stop.

A D-stop will let MM and AR throw the ball “within the scope of the game plan.”

A Steelers TD will require the Eagles to throw the ball outside “the scope” of the game plan

It’s win-win for AR.
