Posted December 31st, 2023 | Comments Off on Gameday – ARZ at PHICan the Eagles finally win a game by more than 14 points? That might sound like a greedy question. Just be happy with winning. But the 11-4 Eagles are playing a bad team. If you’re going to blow someone out, this is the week to do it.
There are no guarantees of course. The Cardinals beat Dallas and Pittsburgh, both teams with winning records. They barely lost to the Texans, another team with a winning record.
The Eagles are at home, they’re healthy and they have a bit of a chip on their shoulder. This team wants a good showing. They want to win big.

Roby is out with the return of Avonte Maddox.
Smith looked solid on STs last week and will get another chance this week.
One name not on the inactive list is RB Rashaad Penny. This could be a good sign. The Cardinals struggle to stop the run. Having Penny up could be a sign the Eagles intend to run the ball a lot. We’ll see how that goes.
