since we have nothing to talk about during the commercial break, i’d love to see some offseason story about all of the injuries to opposing defenders. at the beginning of the season, we all expected them to be ‘fake’ injuries just to allow the defense to catch their breath, but i really suspect it is just the opposite.
There were a few faked ones during the season but not as many as I thought there might be.
I know the thinking behind in, but I wince every time we boo an injury stoppage, just waiting for the next chapter in the horrible Philly fans saga.

Just to explain my excitedness. I live in Australia. We get two games televised per weekend. Because of the time difference, I’m normally at work (and working as a PE teacher, rules out having a window open in the background with a stream going!). We’re now on summer holidays and this is the FIRST Eagles game I’ve seen live all season!! 🙂 And what a start it’s been!

In seriousness, the Vikings’ DL played a big role in being able to disrupt the offense.
No reason to lose faith in your defense…it’s not a mirage. They play sound fundamental footbal and you are only seeing guys operate at about 70% of what they will grow into
