Someone will fall in love with his hitting ability and complete overlook the fact that he is majorly unathletic with stiff hips and tackles like Jarrad Page, overruns and pretty much only arm tackles. And to go with that he can’t cover. I wouldn’t touch him in the 1st, but I do think an NFL team will.

I don’t really love him as a prospect. I mean, I like him and he’s a good player, but theres something I can’t get behind. In my opinion, he’s decently fast/quick, but not special. He is small, but still pretty physical, which I like, but I would want him bigger. He seems good in both man and zone coverage, but not great at either and in my opinion not a great playmaker. He seems like a guy who will be a good NFL player, but not a player who will excel at something.
I’m not really fond of taking a guy like that in the 1st round when we have capable starters in place, I would rather wait for a prime target, whether thats FA or the draft.

I still like him, I just don’t love him. He is off the board, so Chicago obviously loves him, but their CB situation have always been a little weird. I can see Fuller becoming a very similar player to Tillman.

But not like Roby or Verrett. Roby is shorter, but a little heavier(and looks a little more bulky to me, just like Boykin). Verrett is shorter but not lighter and he is also a lot more athletic, look at his combine numbers, compared to Fuller. Had Fuller been Gilberts size, then yes, I could see what makes him special, but not now.

Verrett is the most athletic, but he is 3 inches shorter and is rumored to have injury concerns
