PHI 20 , NYG 0 – 2nd Half

Glorious.

We’ve waited for this all year. The Eagles played a great 1st half. The only legitimate complaint you can have is with Foles INT late in the half. That was a terrible decision and it likely cost the Eagles 3, if not 7 points. Hopefully that won’t be an issue.

This game has been total domination, especially along the line of scrimmage. Eli has no time to throw and the RBs have no room to run. The Eagles are starting the same OL for the second straight game and they’re playing well. They are blocking for Foles and giving Shady room to run.

Expect more running in the 2nd half.

And hope the defense continues to play lights out.

    I am gonna criticize the decision to throw that ball by Foles. Not only did it in all likelihood cost us at least 3 points, as Collinsworth pointed out if Sproles hadn’t been so quick to adjust to defense it would’ve been a pick six the other way. That’s a throw you can’t make.

    That said, no team plays a perfect game. Hopefully the offense comes out in the second half and puts up a few more TDs and that ends up being a footnote.
