Maybe AGB has heard something from people in the know. Maybe he’s being fed a rumor by someone with an agenda. It seems like the Titans would like to trade Henry. Unfortunately in an era where RBs are devalued, the market won’t be great. If other teams think the Eagles are interested, that might change things.
I’m sure the Eagles would have interest in Henry, if the trade cost was right. I don’t think they’d want to pay his salary. He’s due $10.5M this year.

I do expect the Eagles to draft a RB. If things don’t break right, the Eagles might have to wait for UDFAs to add one. There should be good options this year.

The Eagles spend aggressively, hoping to land a few good players. Last year they got S Reed Blankenship, who ended up starting games. Each team has a limited amount of picks, but teams can spend money in the hunt for talent. The Eagles are smart to do what they do. You never know when you’ll find the next TJ Edwards, Nate Herbig, Sua Opeta, etc.

I don’t hate Gannon nearly as much as others, but he really stepped in it here. Gannon painted himself out to be this tremendous victim with the Philly media out to get him. He certainly wasn’t the most popular coach, but criticisms from the media were based in reality.
Gannon simply makes up a bunch of bullshit here.
1. the Eagles were never 9-0
2. after 9 games, the Eagles were not leading the NFL in sacks
3. they trailed multiple other teams in sacks
4. at no point in the season did they lead the NFL by 30+ sacks or anything close to that margin

Gannon can argue that he was overly criticized in Philly, but why he made up this fake story to sell himself as the victim is hard to understand. Horrible idea and it doesn’t bode well for his future in Arizona. Players see through frauds. Gannon better be honest and be real with his players or he’s going to be a disaster.
